Privacy Policy

Nuathir (we, us) is a consultancy based in Cairo, Egypt. This policy explains what personal information we collect through nuathir.com, why we collect it, who can see it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. If you have any question, write to info@nuathir.com.

What we collect and why

We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms:

• Contact form: your name, email, phone number, country and message. We use them to reply to your enquiry.
• Job applications: your name, email, phone, city or country, languages, career level, main function, current or last job title and employer, years of experience, education, skills, expected salary, notice period, your LinkedIn profile and notes (if you add them), and the CV you upload. We also read the text of your CV so we can match you with suitable roles.
• Hiring requests from organizations: company name, industry, size, location and website, your name, job title, email and phone, the roles you need and their details, salary range and notes (if you add them), and any job description you upload. We use them to reply and to provide recruitment services.
• Academy registrations: your name, email, phone, company (optional), city, the program you choose, whether you register as an individual or as a team, the number of participants and notes (if you add them). We use them to follow up about training.

Please do not send us information we do not need, such as national ID numbers, bank details or health information.

Visiting the website

Our website does not use advertising or analytics trackers, and it does not set cookies for visitors. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (for example your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. Our staff area uses a sign-in cookie that visitors never receive.

Why we use your information (your consent)

We process the information you send because you ask us to respond to you, or because you tick the consent box on a form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@nuathir.com. This does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.

We aim to handle personal data in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020).

Who can see your information

Your information is available only to Nuathir staff who need it, through a password-protected area. We also use these service providers to run the website:

• Render, for website hosting. Its servers are in Frankfurt, Germany.
• Microsoft 365, for email. It delivers the notification emails we receive when you submit a form.
• Google Fonts, as described above.

If you apply for a job, we may share your details and CV with an organization that is hiring, only for a role you may suit. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising. We share it in no other way unless the law requires us to.

Where your information is stored

Your information is stored on servers in Germany, which means it is transferred outside Egypt. We choose well-known providers and protect access with passwords and encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

How long we keep it

• Job applications and CVs: 12 months from the day you apply, then we delete them, unless you agree that we may keep you in our talent pool for longer.
• Contact messages, hiring requests and Academy registrations: for as long as we need them to deal with your request and keep our business records, and until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, stop using it, or send you a copy. Write to info@nuathir.com and tell us what you need. We will reply as soon as we can. If you are not happy with our answer, you can also contact Egypt's data protection authority.

Security

The website uses HTTPS (an encrypted connection), our staff area is protected by a password, and we limit access to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
